Peach Pavlova

Peach Pavlova

The dish we made was Peach Pavlova, it comes from Australia.
The leader was Charlie Murgatroyd. My thoughts throughout the process
of making Peach Pavlova was: time consuming because it had to sit in the
oven for 24 hours, we had to beat the egg whites, add sugar, and beat them till
the sugar dissolves in the egg whites, fun because the eggs turned all fluffy and
white and when we added the sugar we had to taste it.

We put the egg mixture on parchment
paper

The egg mixture cooked for 24 hours

Charlie made raspberry sauce

Zia made the whip cream

 Porter cut the peaches

We put the whip cream on the Pavlova
layer

We put the peaches on the Pavlova layers

Mrs.Hubbard put the second layer

Peach Pavlova

The dish we made was Australian Pavlova. I, Charlie was the leader
and I chose this recipe because it is my favorite dessert in the world.
The process was great because the Pavlova tasted just like a normal
one. A week before my family went down to the Palisades in Grand
Junction to have a lobster night with some friends. The Palisades are
big on peaches so my dad made a peach Pavlova with a raspberry sauce.
The only thing that was missing was passion fruit. In Australia, we
grow passion fruit and always put them in our Pavlovas. Otherwise
we used my family's recipe and it turned out great.
