6th Grade Cooking Comments

6th Grade
Today we made Breakfast Burritos.
The directions are down below to make this wonderful Breakfast.
First we started by sautéing oil, onions, and green chili. Then, we did
some egg beating and added it to the onions and green chili. Then, we made scrambled eggs, and then microwaved tortillas with cheese or not then we added them together and enjoyed.  It was amazing! I really think you should make this awesome meal.

In 6th grade FCS, we have been learning about ourselves while also learning to Mind Map.

Mind Mapping is an AMAZING tool for learning, organizing, and storing information.  Ask your student to show you this amazing tool, or learn more HERE.

Personal Development is all about ME GROWING.  As a student enters 6th grade, they enter a new stage of life called Adolescence, this time of life is marked by many changes, challenges, experiences, and fun!  Ask your student about what sort of changes or challenges might occur, what will help them deal with change and challenges, how to fill their bucket, how to fill the bucket of others, and why filling anyone's bucket is of any importance at all.
