Life Skills: Learning About Nutrients

In Life Skills we have been learning about nutrients. Nutrients are needed in your life. The nutrients are carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins, minerals, water, and fiber. We have been taking notes about these nutrients using a note sheet or a mind map. We are making a project on them. The project includes making a poster to hang in the hall. Also a power point will have to be made. These projects will have to be presented for a grade. This is all we have done for nutrients so far.
